no,

that means mich has to win by exactly 4 for you to win both, and if you dont you loose 10% to the juice box.

To say it in another way, you will be taking Michigan to win by exactly 4 at 20-1.

It's not the worst wager I've ever seen, but it probably is not wortht the risk. Usually you want at least another half point to risk a middle.

A good middle opportunity last week was the Tech v SMU game. Tech opened at 16.5 point favorites and closed as 22 point favorites. If you had been on Tech from the get go then taken Smu at +22 you would have given yourself a chance to middle if Tech had one by 17 to 21. This play was a loser last week but did provide a good middle opportunity.

If you have reduced vig, the conventional wisdom doesn't hold--you have to re-work the math....i.e, if you get no juice on one side, and -105 on the other.....but now it is harder to find these type of odds than last year....and I assume you are paying full juice...

this will be a defensive struggle....3 or 4 points are excellent multiples for a possible middle.......i`ve got it going at 13.5-15 on maryland-fla st...i`ve hit 2 already this year...and when you hit both ways, believe me,it covers one helluva lot of juice....3-4.5 would be irresistable in a tough game like this...
