Is this a scam?

I guess I get a ton of junk mail.

I saw one about FREE CASH GRANTS, NEVER REPAY

It's about the US government free grants programs.

It sounds way too good to be true. Free money to start a business etc etc

Gotta pay 29.95 to them for the report and it's supposedly Money back guaranteed.

I've also seen that knob Lesko's commercials on tv, he's that loud guy talking about this too.

Has anyone ever used this? Did it work??

Thanks for the help. If it did work, i would buy it, but this can't be true or there must be a catch somewhere on this.
