Tampa Bay is playing it's 3rd game on the road in 20 days. I have read a couple of years that teams following such a situation is something like 18 and 82 percent covering the 'number'!!!!
I am not one to follow alot of trends or patterns of any such 'trend' Shoot, this is a very short week for the Bucs (playing on Saturday). So they gotta travel to Carolina ,pack up and travel home ,miss a day with playing the short week and jump a plane ride to New England(fresh off a trouncing of those sad sack ,given up Bills. Yes,Bucs played a VERY GOOD game going into Carolina...
So my thought here is do I play New England (as they seem to have things going their way) as this system seems VERY STRONG in it's history.
I see the Pats are 4 or 4 1/2 points which seems fair enough. The "D"seems healthy and are playing as an 11 man 'team'.I gotta put myself in on this play ,it just seems as to how high a position do I want to expose myself to.
This 'system ' does not come up that oftenas the schedule makers are not that mean as to put teams on the road like this situation.. Just wondered if you guys were aware of this neat little system??? Input as always is appreciated, as this one has me really scratching the old head, how much Christmas Cash do I feel like sending on this venture..
Thanks guys, good luck on your 'cappin'.

love the pats on this one man. gruden will be outcoached by bellichik everytime. remember the oakland snow game??? yah yah- tuck rule my ass. that oakland team had wayyyy too many chances that an average to above average coach would have taken advantage of. but regardless, yah the pats are healthy now and playing with little to no respect lately, which in my opinion is right where they want to be. look out for them down this final stretch...

A further thought,Tampa Bay playing good ball "COULD" be looking ahead a week as they host a reasonably good 8 win Atlqnta Falcon Team.
This game is huge for new england as a win will earn them another Division Title for these sometimes likeable New England Pats.To me theae 2 factors ( especially the look ahead factor has made me alot more $$ than I have lost. I find this looking ahead theory to be very powerfuland if we can find the patience to play these games , I ___"almost" guarantee a winning season if a person was to stick only to these games. For some silly reason ,teams cannot focus on a game if they have "A BIG" divisiongame the next week.Calll me silly, Stupid or full of Crap, but this play does work!! This is simply further 'ammo'for my reason as to my play on The Pats. I don't say this 'system" is an 80 and 20 % winning play, but I will tell you it's better than 55%,dam it might only be a 60% system, but IF so, that will grind out a little profit at the end of the year.
Anyway, I'm not saying this is some bullshit LOCK(I cannot use that bullshit word),I just think we can make some christmas cash with this one ..
Goodluck Guys.....SPANKY>>>> :) :)

Hey gang, before you lay the points wait for the injury reports. I saw today Brady may be questionable for this game. Wouldn`t want to be laying points without him. :scared

I had not forgot this believe me,but the name of the game, help anybody out that you can, with any information that we can all share.
A perfect example of this,I'm glad to have found out Colorado had sent back something like 15,000 tickets when they just got WAXED 70-3 by TEXAS... If the students can,t support their team, I laid the 26 1/2and watched the laugher.
Thanks man.Good luck,Spanky.... :)

Maybe I'm reading too much into my theories, but perhaps Colorado had won their "Bowl Bid" in getting the best of Nebraska(Sorry if I got slightly off topic for a second, but it sort of ties in togrther

I thought injuries in the NFL were supposed to be disclosed?

2/13 3:21am QB Tom Brady Leg injured last game, "?".
The Herald reports - Yesterday, Brady wasn't calling it anything, a knee, an ankle, a calf, a toe, or a shin. He's been told to put a sock on it. "You guys know (coach Bill Belichick) doesn't like me talking about this stuff," Brady said. "He gave me strict instructions to keep quiet, so that's what I'm doing." When asked if the injury would keep him out of Saturday's game, paving the way for Doug Flutie to play, Brady held the line. "Like I said, I wish I could elaborate but Belichick said, 'Don't say anything about it," Brady said. "So what the boss says, that's what I do."

also jax faced a 3rd in a row on the road 2 weeks ago at Cleveland laying 3 points.

they won 20-14

No way Bucs look ahead...playing defending SB champs in their backyard always will keep you focused...also, Bucs can't afford to look ahead...every game important!

SDF: Thanks for the Brady 'info.'EZPICKIN:you are 100% right, each and every game NOW it's crunchtime for a pile of teams.Lookin' ahead seems impossible, but SOMETIMES a team can't escape that 'headgame' they play on themselves.
Goodluck what ever you guys do this weekend...Spanky... :) :)

Spanky-third straight on the road is a bet against situaion normally, but on the other side of the ball you have the two time SB Champs coming off two straight covers, which is an equally strong bet against as I see it.I show NE winning by 4,and TBay has covered the last 6 straight ATS vs NE.NE has their division wrapped up,tbay fighting for air playoff wise.Best of Luck with whatever you choose to play

Actually the system for a team playing it's 3rd road game in a row is 80% in their favor. The lines get over compensated for the home team. Jacksonville was the play last week. Weather will not be a factor w/ temp's in the low 40's and no wind.

wow, that's very very wrong.

teams playing their 3rd in a row are
45-60 ATS since 1990.

teams playing their 3rd in a row after winning the 2nd are 12-30 ATS since 1990.

teams playing their 3rd in a row after winning the 1st and 2nd are 7-11 ATS since 1990.

SDF > Thanks for the numbers=look like a plus for me (and New England) and by the way ,New Eng.still needs the win.
I've waited till today as one of the offshores gives you a FULL POINT MOVEMENT on FRIDAYS ONLY,this obviously comes in on a good number (reducing laying 4 to 3).
Thanks for the input guys...Spanky.... :)

Nice work spanky  Wish I'd been smart enough to jump on it. The Bucs looked like crap today (of course alot had to do with the NE "D" but Simms was totally ineffective too) At least I was wise enough to bail on them at half time and got the split. Again...nice heads-up job on the play :mj14:
