The little one is home for the first time today. We had some complications, and maybe I will share it later, but to spare most of you the long story...the little one and mom are doing just fine!

Here are some stats:

8.54lbs
22 inches

And the Biggest surprise of them all:

It's a BOY!

For 6 months I have been calling "him" Madelyn, simply because the ultrasound tech said 90% sure from her experience that it was a girl. I guess that makes nothing a sure bet! WOW! Talk about life changing in 2 seconds. I thought it was funny when they flipped him over and I saw a couple of cherry tomatoes! I almost dropped, and my wife goes, is she supposed to look like that! We will call him dogface III, which he is the third generation. NIcknames we have thrown out are T-3, Trey, Trips, 3-D (First names start with "D"), Triple threat, etc. if you have any good ones let me know, but I think trips or trey may win.

Because I was having fun seeing the guesses, I will provide a prize for two people:

NHL8810 with the guess: I'll take 8lbs 4ozs....good luck Dogface
and
skulldog with the guess: Over 8lbs and 22 inches (This was done in a drawing for everyone that guessed 22 inches in length, my wife picked out of a hat!)

To redeem prize ask MadJack for my website address (Thanks Jack) go to the bottom of the home page and click on Get Your *********** Gear Today! Pick one of the items you would like, and e-mail me. I will get it sent out to you, takes about 2-weeks I believe.

Thanks and Have fun! Hope you enjoy the prize!

Another fun fact...

Another fun fact...

We have a friend that has a 6 month old, and our son's foot is already longer than there's, and he was a normal sized child! Ladies and Gentleman, we are in trouble...can you say customized shoes!

I'm not kidding although his weight is good size he is a string been, and hands and feet of a mini giant. The nurses just stared, and had to get others to look, it was pretty humorous!

His take home out fit was of course Vikings attire! I have always been a fan, and have never been fair weather, so don't talk trash about my Vikings or his outfit! lol
