Other day I marinated ovenight this cheap slab of London Broil, grilled the tender and tasty thing along with some potato wedges and onion (and some brined + marinated chicken breasts). Put a nice olive oil/red wine vinegar/dijon mustard dressing over it all.
Not only do the salad-loving gals like this, but so do the meat and potato guys...
