Hate the chalk, but best prop on the board IMHO.
Shockey will take on an OLB and possibly a SS at times, allowing for more receptions to the wideouts due to less double coverage which was evident throughout last season. Assuming the question marks in the O-line can hold, Toomer should be effective after an excellent camp.
