:SIB Ok let me start off by saying I love 5dimes, anyone can check my posts on here and can see that I always recommend 5dimes. I have been a madjack member forever and value madjacker members thoughts.....so here we go.
And again I remind everyone that I think 5dimes is the best book on the planet, I have never had a problem with them, but this situation does perplex me:
I have been a memeber at 5dimes forever, and as stated earlier I love them so of course I recomend them to friends, co-workers, family memebers, guys in the casino I play poker with, ya know everybody! So, today I "reffered a friend" and everything went smooth with his deposit, he deposited cash and in the short time he has used the site, he's loved it! Now, there are a variety of ways a sportsbook obtains customers but I would think the best way would be "word of mouth". especially a sportsbook! I mean with all the crap books out there "word of mouth" is golden. So all is good right.............well here is the issue: I did not receive a "refer a friend" bonus :scared Ok yes I know I know, there are more pressing concerns when people have complaints with sportsbooks (numerous examples on here of people not getting paid and horrible customer service, etc.) but how the hell would I "not qualify" for a refer a friend bonus. Now to make it worse I was told that I qualify for the "refer a friend" and then when I called to ask where my bonus was they said I do not qualify. Now I understand that the fact that I am up money may cause me not to qualify to a "reload bonus" but why would any sportsbook want to not pay to get customers:shrug: The more customers the more losers. Also on their website it states that the more friends you refer the higher bonus you may receive. Now I have refered many friends to that site and never even bothered to ask for a "refer a friend" bonus. So why did I not qualify for the bonus you ask. I was told that since I withdrew 1000 dollars in October I can't get the "refer a friend" bonus until I deposit another thousand dollars.........what:scared When I spoke to the lady on the phone I asked if it had anything to do with the fact that I am up money on them, she said no. What:scared........ummm didn't make sense. But no matter what, who cares, I refer somebody I should receive the bonus right? I mean gaining a customer base is the way to go in any business. Or am I just on crack:shrug:
So why would 5dimes not just deposit the funds into my account, my "referred friend" received a 50% bonus and I get zippo. It just doen't make sense to me, none of this does. Of course I won't be a staunch 5dimes supporter any longer, I guess my days of a shill are over :mj07: A little humour never hurts!
So what can be done? And yes I know there are worse issues in the world, but this one just perplexes me to no end. I mean any loyalty to customers that actually like your business. I mean come on:shrug:
I look forward to the responses:SIB
