Recommend as well starting some sort of sticky thread with extra big font or bold or whatever as over the next 24-48 hours there are bound to be many, many threads popping up about this.

your guesses are as good as mine.

what i think?

i think money at the books under BoS will be paid.....eventually. they are a public company and the money has been accounted for as far as i have heard. the doj demanded that they refund all usa accounts. see what happens.

i don't think this is going to happen to any more books at this time but i have been wrong before. i think they were after this guy kaplan for many years and these charges are from 2002 so they have been planning this for a long time.

i am concerned about calvin going to the bodog conference in vegas next week. if he goes, will they arrest him? i don't know. will he go? i don't know. same goes for a lot of guys that plan to be at that conference.

the feds do wtf they want, period.

when i hear something that needs to be reported, i'll let you know as soon as possible.

yeah, a great idea to call the toll free fed number and give them your personal information and admit to having an account with them and wagering illegaly.

not trying to make fun of a bad situation, i just don't get why anyone would have an account there in the first place. i just don't. and i'm not trying to be a dik, but what does this place offer that more established shops don't?

I thought of the same thing, in jest of course, of a team of DOJ guys in some cubicle here in DC answering that "hotline"

"OK your name again, uh huh, and you have an account at Infinity, right, your name and adress, got it. OK well you'll hear soon." (click)

Glad I rolled out of there after my debacle with Infinity a few years back. My guess is *eventually* everyone will see there money. Although I didnt really follow it, what was the resolution with Blue Marlin did people end up getting paid?
