just the worst possible customer service and many little problems that i couldn't even resolve. and, some tricky rules, so better read the fine print. i guess your money is safe if you make sure to dot all your "I's" and cross all your "T's". i wouldn't use them anymore, that's for sure.
I'll go ahead and get my money out. I know about the cs sucking, it has for years, even when the book advertised here, but I've always been able to do what I need on the net.

On another note, you think that 5dimes is safe now? I've had money there before but got it out after 2 personal friends got the bigtime runaround cashing out. That was about 3 years ago, however, so maybe things have changed.
What book that is an endorsed sponsor here would be most similar to SIA (square dog lines for the most part, halftime lines, good web interface, deposit by echeck)? I don't ever bet more than 300 bucks, so I'm sure any of them can take my action
