Jack, Help with the GREEK?

Jack was wondering if you had any connections to the Greek?

As you probably already know, they are pulling out of the US market today.

However, I had a problem with my poker account with them, there is $3100+ dollars missing from my poker account with them.

I emailed their poker account manager.

They finally found the missing $ in my poker account...ridiculous...now the tech team is trying to transfer it to the sportsbook...how hard can it be?

Really don't feel safe these days with money offshores, guess I'll just have to start using locals...

everyone is pulling out of the US market, this is really making me sick. Why can't the US get there shit straight and just tax the industry like everyone else. Why do we always make things difficult for ourselves. We love to be the world hegemons of the world, yet we are broke, and have such high moral values here that gambling online is illegal....give me a break

Yes, but don't play there if you don't want to, just take your money out. The Greek personally guarantees that everyone will be paid.

I really don't like the way The Greek handled this...they didn't even give us an option on how to handle our funds. Why couldn't they at least give us the option to withdraw via check, or even a sportsbook transfer...

They transferred all my funds to the Heritage, I argued, but in the end had no say whatssoever. Now I'm stuck at the Heritage and have to send in all my payout info again probably, and stuck with their 2500 limit on checks.

Some information I found out this morning, for those of dealing with this mess:

I had my funds transferred from thegreek to heritagesports. The balance was accurate, but all my pending wagers disappeared.

I contacted thegreek customer service and they promised me that the pending wagers would be taken care of fairly. She quoted me my pending wager balance (even though at heritage it shows $0).

Part of the issue I am having is that I wagered on fights at the greek that heritage does not offer. So they can't be pending at heritage because heritage doesn't offer them.

Thegreek assured me that when these fights complete (over the next two weeks), they will be graded and the money transferred to heritage. She did state that, with the flow of traffic, the pending grades my be delayed a bit. But that it would be dealt with.
