I will try and be as concise as possible here:
Saturday while logging on to MVP I saw a pop up there. "50% cash bonus, Pre season Blowout, where everybody scores", it said. I thought "what the hey, let's do it, get up $300 and get a bonus & enter the Madjack's contest......... This was good.
So, I called MVP, talked to clerk Luis, & told him I wanted to take advantage of the 50% bonus deal , deposit $300 and be entered as a depositor in the Madjack's football contest.(here, he was at a loss........sounded like he never heard of us here at Jack's). Anyway, e said fine on the bonus. I chose to deposit via Western Union cash. Before hanging up, I asked him AGAIN about the bonus and he said it was OK........ This was good.
I went to WU & sent the money. Called MVP back with the control # and to verify how much was going into my account. Now, after I send the cash, they tell me there is no such thing as a 50% bonus ! I tell them I am looking at it on my scren right now, it has been up for several days. She says no it isn't. I say yes, it is right in front of me as we speak. She insists it says 25%........... This is not good.
I was ready to give up arguing with the obviously in error clerk and go for the 25% as I was getting aggravated and didn't want to get more so. But now she also decides that I am not eligible for any bonuses at all because I withdrew $500 back in March. The $500 was just some winnings I had accumulated, I left about $900 in there..........this was equal to more than all my deposits with them, ever. She says I have to give them their $500 again......... This is not good.
I counter with the arguement that the clerk should have told me this an hour ago when I called and before I sent my money.........I verified the bonus with him twice, maybe even 3 times !! She says the clerk is in a different dept. or something and that I was responsible for reading their rules ahead of time ! Incredible........... This is not good.
Now I am aggravated enough to cancel the whole deposit as my intelligence was insulted enough. First, I had to call WU, spend 30 minutes waiting to connect & talk to cancel the deposit. Then I had to travel to the WU office , wait in line again, fill out forms and wait while the clerk there spent half an hour veriifying, filling out forms, copying and calling. this just go me the cash back. In addition, I still also have to write to WU main office to get my fees returned as they won't return them without me writing them......... This is not good.
The phone clerk was very indifferent about the misinformation the first clerk gave me and the time I told her I had already spent and was about to waste on this........... This is not good.
Today I see their pop up for 50% again, even tho they insist there is no such thing. Now, two days later, I see a 100% Season blowout here at our forum ! This is mentioned in a below thread here with an * for rules. Nowhere in there do I see any stipulation about withdrawals. Keep in mind mine was 6 mos. ago and I only withdrew some winnings, not my deposits.......... This is not good.
Jack, I feel they ought to get it together. Not only did they deny a 50% cash bonus screen was up, which was insulting as I was looking right at it, but the initial clerk verified and gave me the OK for the bonus twice. By the way, the clerk had no idea what the Madjack's Sunday night contest was. It seems like they just were hungry for the cash to get there and then let the bad "chips" fall where they may.
After 3 OK years with them, they are going to the bottom of my list and I will probably drop them after the football season.........This is not good.
Unless they perhaps rectify this and make it right somehow after reading this (with or without any intervention from you)......... This would be good.
I have never heard any type of this type of double talk or had any "communication" problems from my other outs, Carib, Infinity, Bestline, Olympic, BetJamaica or Pinnacle. Ever......... This is good.
