I have a question...made about 5 straight deposits with Nine.com...lost allof them...today I make a bigger deposit, and call regarding what the exact number for my cashout is...they tell me I cannot cashout until I rollover ALL THE OLD AMOUNTS THAT I GOT BONUSES FOR...Is this a joke? dont you start from scratch if you lose your whole account and make a new deposit, and get a new bonus? Like today I made a $200 deposit, got 15% and lost it all...after my account was empty with nothing pending...I deposited $600 and played it all on one game, got a bonus, and called to see what my rollover was...their was nobody in accounting their or my helpful VIP host Robert, but the clerk was telling me I could not cash out until "all rollovesr from previous deposits are met"...meaning if i deposited $1000, and got $200, and LOST IT ALL (which I did), and then re-iuped for $600, that i would have to roll over $3600 from previous deposits and then another $2k or so from this deposit just to cash out my deposit today???? Is this correct, or is she wrong..I have had plenty of times hwere i deposit and lose my whole account (small amounts), and reup and cash out after only rolling over the amount 3 times (the new amount I deposited)...DO I REALLY have to roll over all old deposits that I LoST????? I never had to do it before...dont you start from scratch when you lose your whole account or cash out, hence getting a new bonus? Pleae help me out, because if what she is saying is correct, I have to roll over about $6000 :scared (3x what i have deposited and gotten bonuses for since my last cash out) to cash out my new $600 bonus and the winnings? when i spoke to my host earlier he said to cash out all I had to do was rollover my latest deposit and the fees + bonus from my LAST DEPOSIT (the $600 one)...and now hwn i call to check up, they tell me that I hve to rollover all the bonuses I never met because I LOST the money before I ever achieved it...I have never had a problem with Nine.com or its affiliates, and the two late night clerks i spoke to maybe be wrong, but Jack if my host told me I ONLY HAVE to rollover my latest deposit since i lost my last 4 deposits/bonuses, then he was correct right? please let me know

why don't you leave your money in there, let it grow and you won't have to worry about a rollover.

nevermind Jack..I talked to my VIP host and he basically told me that the lady I spoke to had no idea what she was talking about and that you only have to rollover your LAST deposit and Bonus, even if you gto a bonus on previous amounts but never met the rollover BECAUSE YOU LOST....IM very happy with Nine.com..i must say that usually I speak to the same person on the late night calls (if theirs a early east coast game and I want to sleep in on a weekened etc i make the bet later in the night before), and his name is George, and he is very helpful...but this lady seriously made sweat..thinking i had to rollver about 20 previous deposits (small deposits i make during baseball, dont make bigger deposits till football..great 30% "early bird" bonus they are offering to existing customers who make their deposit of $500 or more before the first day of NFL preseason, with a 5 time rollover... great offer)...so when I spoke to my host, he made sure to let me know that any rollvers you did not meet before because you LOST your account, are basically expired, and any new bonuses you are only liable to rollover the latest deposit you made if you got a bonus...that kinda scared me..to think that I was gonna have to rollover about $6000 for a $600 deposit and 20% freeplay bonus I got really scared me, but he made it clear that when you lose your entire account your rollover requirements expire because obviously you cannot make a withdrawl with money you already lost to the book...Robert, my VIP host, is a great CS rep and I reccomend him to any of you who wish to open a account with nine (mj sponsor)...they are owned by the GC book, and like I remember Jack saying they were killed by sharps a few years ago but managed to get back on their feet and pay everyone their money, and now are booming again....THanks for offering to help though Jack, thats why I only stick to your sponsors

good day

I'm a member of nine.com and this doesn't suprise me. The VIP hosts are fine. My host is George and he is great. It's the other help that is horrific. I kid you not when I say that out of 10 deposits I made the reload bonus wasn't added 8 times I had to call back a second time to have it added. The kicker is I asked for the reload bonus when I gave them my Western Union information. The last few times I had to talk to them like they were slow. No suprise that it still wasn't added. Of late they seem really understaffed, which isn't encouraging. I also had a VIP host tell me he was putting notes in my file about the problem with the reload bonus, but either he was full of crap or the person I spoke with was full of crap since they didn't see any notes. If you deal with these people watch out for the female help. Not being sexist but this is where my problems have been.
