Jack:: Need help with a betroyal account

I received a free 95 dollar play from betroyal 2 weeks ago... Then i turned that into $1695. Last week, i was up 600 dollars I talk to customer service rep. named Elizabeth to get some clarification on the terms of the free play and she said that I could only withdrawal 250 dollars at this moment but I could with the rest by depositing 500 more with 4x rollover. Now I talk to guy named Richard and he said that I could only get 250 and rest is "awash." I got two stories on terms of free play. If you can help me I appreciated.

also, elizabeth hasn't been working at betroyal for 2 months. she left 2 months ago to work for vipsports.

I read and I called them last week to get some clarification on the terms. I talk to a woman last week and she told me that I could i could withdrawal 250 and for me withdrawal rest of other 250 I would have to deposit the 500 and rollover 4 or 5x..and then this morning i called betroyal and woman in the customer service said that elizabeth handled my account...there's where i got the name elizabeth. The whole free 95 free play seems to be not worth anything when u have to rollover 10x that amount and then cant withdrawal any amount above 250 if you win.
I should've expected this from betroyal and just stick with the ol' reliable olympic.
