i deposited $500 using a gift card plus they gave me a $500 freeplay bonus
with a 16x roll over which i have fulfilled
i made a little over 4k so i decided i should take a payout
since there max payout are very small in amount
on 5/4/15 i requested a payout for $500 using moneygram
with a $50 fee
a quick respond $500 plus $50 fee was taken out of account
status pending with expected completion date 5/12/15
on 5/12 i ticket alert the payout dept
i get a quick respond from silvia saying thank you for contacting them
that they are aware of the payout was suppose to be today
but are have technical problems
so i tell myself ok ill be patient and wait a while
on monday 5/18 i figure ill give them a call to see whats up
i call and a gentleman by the name of Edward answers very polite and helpful
i tell him if he could have the payout dept give me a call
he ask what is the problem maybe i can assist
i tell him the whole sitiuation
he ask me what method i used
i replyed moneygram
and he said wow thats odd cause they fixed the problem last week
and you should have gotten payment
so he tells me i'll let (i forgot the persons name he said) know
he here right now and is very good he'll fix the problem
ill have him call you back but also if you could ticket alert
so he will see it
right after i get of the phone i ticket alert and wait
ones again quick respond

i wait 2hours i call back and edward answers
i tell him no one has called me yet
his tone of his voice seems shocked
he tells me he will have someone else contact me cause the person he said early left
tells me to also leave a voice message so that they know,he tranfers me to voice box
i leave message saying to please give me a call
i wait 1hour still no call
so i call them again and edward answers again
i tell him no one has called me
he replies back saying all he can do is leave them a massage to call me
cause it a different dept and he's the wagering dept
yesterday 5/19 no calls at all
this morning i figure ill ticket alert them
i ask can you please give me a time frame
quick respond on the ticket alert
