we have a bit of history to go by with the ravens now.....they get up for the big games...and flatten out vs the dregs...

-they followed the 1st pitt win with a horrible effort at tennessee...


-they followed the big win over houston with another bad effort(that they salvaged with a big second half) vs arizona....

-now,they beat pittsburgh and they fly cross country to face seattle laying a full t.d....


have you given this any thought?...

I was just listening to the NFL channel on XM on the way back from the store and it's Flacco this, Flacco that, everything Flacco.

Talking about they think his contract will be somewhere in the 14-20 million a year range. Especially with guys like Cutler earning 14 million a year.

You think the Ravens will spring for that kinda loot?

first,if you don`t win your "over 10 wins wager",then i`m a chinese fighter pilot......you can spend that f-cking money.....after the week i had(worst in over two years..i couldn`t even pick a boxing winner),i`m jealous....i wish i had thought about it...with our schedule,that was a wise,wise wager...

on flacco,in a word...yes...he`s inconsistent...but he`s such a major upgrade over everything we`ve had here since vinnie testaverde(that says it all) and for a year,an old steve mcnair....i still have stony case nightmares....:facepalm:

he`s young...and is showing signs of improving.....that fricking 14-21 3rd down conversions was the story of the game,imo.....that`s consistency....

they aren`t letting flacco go...he can name his price....particularly if they get a home game or two in the playoffs.....i don`t see a collapse given the remaining schedule...

Thye were talking about the Bengals winning the division. They should have a good year but 4 games with BAL and PIT left is a bit much and HOU ain't rolling over either.

tennessee was one of many many losers yesterday(i was 17-11 on the year going in)...and every time i looked up cincy had a 3rd and 20...must have been 2 or 3 key moments during the game.....and every damned time,dalton would heave a long sidelien pass to that kid green......i couldn`t believe they kept converting the same way....

whatever...i needed to get that off my chest.....we`ve always had trouble with cincy(i think part of it was marvin lewis` familiarity with rex ryan and our defensive personnel).......but things have changed a bit over the last few years.... i like our chances of winning the division...
