I have a family member that has played with Bodog for a couple of years..... He has never had any issues getting paid etc, until the last couple of weeks..... He requested a withdrawal of 600.00 on April 1st..... They sent him a Global Epay card..... (which was a first) every bank he tried the card at it came up as insufficient funds........ He has all of the receipts showing it was an invalid transaction however they r saying he withdrew 581.00, but he has all receipts showing insufficient funds.... He is not getting anywhere with them to get resolved........anything u can do to help?
