Our hardware has been repaired and our impacted customers are gradually recovering email service access. Our staff are working diligently and the situation will continue to improve throughout the evening. A temporary 1-hour maintenance outage is scheduled around 2am, after which we anticipate the service will be fully restored. As mentioned before, no emails will be lost.
Note: Webmail access will be restored at 6 am tomorrow morning.
