people are complaining of the site being down all the time and the shitty customer service. i have stated before that i think people should move on until things improve.
move on! what else do you want me to say?!
it's the same complaint all the time. i have to agree but i'm not going to respond every single time somebody bitches about the site being down. we ALL know they are having problems and we ALL should have more than 1 out. we ALL should have multiple outs because it happens with other books as well.
