UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton Rampage Jackson defends his title against Forrest Griffin in UFC 86 on Saturday.

betED.com has Jackson, widely regarded as the world's best MMA fighter in his weight class, as a big favorite at -260.

MMA Betting Fans can also wager on the other bouts on the Main Card, including a middleweight matchup featuring Patrick Cote taking on Ricardo Almeida. betED.com has Almeida a slight favorite at -130.

Jackson boasts a record of 28 wins and six losses while Griffin is 15-4.

Griffin, who has been training with Wanderlei Silva, is a +210 underdog against Jackson.

Silva has accomplished something few fighters have: he's beaten Jackson not once, but twice. He defeated Jackson in Japan's PRIDE Fighting Championships using his aggressive Chute Boxe style, first with a first-round technical knockout in 2003 and then with a second-round knockout in 2004.

Silva and Griffin both train together at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas.

And as if there's not enough riding on the bout, and not enough bad blood between Jackson and Griffin already, the two are coming off a stint as rival coaches on The Ultimate Fighter reality TV show.

UFC 86 takes place Saturday at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas starting at 10 pm ET.
