And post those pictures of the floor I sent you the other night. I'm having trouble uploading them to the website.
TIA
You're the best.
Hope this helps,

Floor actually looks good. Not sure the sound transmission with this type of flooring would be acceptable. Anyone with this type of flooring have any input?

The tape is there for a very specific reason. I wouldn't expect you'd know that since your only experience with what that type of work entails is a lame fucking insult via the Internet. Thanks for the input.

Deezy,
Generally about $6-6.50 a square foot. It depends on condition of slab but in your garage there are other applications that are equally as nice but a cheaper process. A dye with a sealant can be done around $3.50 a square.

Sound transmission? As in acoustics or as in people walking on it and their shoes being loud?

Mainly acoustics. But sound in general. There is a BBQ joint we love to eat at that has painted concrete flooring and it is loud as hell in there. Just wondering how it would be in a living room. I am sure the sound would be different than wood flooring. Could be a consideration. Flooing looks good.

Thanks FDC,
Concrete slab is in pretty decent shape. Only one minor crack. I'm going to consider the latter option when finishing the garage... First priority it to get the bar done, though...about 1/2 way there. Thanks for the response and nice job on the project above!
