All over the Jays today to win and win the series.
First off Estrada is finally healthy. Last 3 starts 0.95 ERA. When Jays went to 6 man rotation it messed with Estrada's routine. Along with his sore backed he didn't pitch well. He is back in his routine so look out Rangers. Up until his sore back he lead the Majors in lowest batting average against any pitcher. In his last 3 starts he has allowed just 9 hits over 19 innings with 19k
Jays staff has now allowed 2 or fewer runs in 18 of 20 games. That's sick.
Now for Rangers starter Hamels. In his last 3 starts he has an ERA over 4, with a WHIP of 1.3 compared to Estrada's 0.85. This includes a pounding of the lowly A's in his last start.
Jays are 15-9 vs Rangers last 3 years. In Estrada's last 2 starts vs the Rangers... 13 IP 2 runs, 7 hits, 12-1 K/BB ratio in a 3-1 and 5-1 Jays wins.
Hamels has allowed 14 runs over 20 innings in his last 3 starts against the Jays.
My power ratings have Jays -140 today
