I've had a real good season on my picks at 90-66-4.
I'm a huge Alabama fan so I have to ask myself, "do I like Bama because I'm a fan or is this a solid play." I live by the theory that a bad bet avoided is better than a good bet played.
However, Alabama is the better team and Saban is the better coach. But the kicker for me is EVERY expert on TV or print media is picking Clemson. This becomes a great weapon for Saban as it has allowed him spend the week letting his players know how disrespected they are. Tide comes into this game mad. Tide wears them down by 4th quarter. Roll Tide.
