I've watched a total of 5 minutes of NBA this season and it was the other night in the bar after a round of golf. The midget that is J J Barea turned it over and/or threw it out of bounds 15 times in about 4 minutes of playing time.
I said out loud, who's the midget and why are the Mavs playing him if he is gonna play like that? No one had an answer for me....

If I was a Mavs fan I'd be mighty P.O.ed about this news....
I've made some nice coin this playoff season following a few of you here, but I've got a feeling that whatever side I play tonight will be the wrong one. El Paso for me...

I dont get it myself either. JJ is not effictive this series and doesnt match up well with Mia. Only good thing JJ brings to the table is he speeds up the game and thats what Dal needs. I have questioned many times why JK has been taken out so soon. The Cardinal move i can understand. I said it earlier in a previous thread that Dal must beat Mia @ their own game and thus the reasons for the move. I'm now starting to renig on that as I dont think that is the answer either. Peja must play more minutes and have more touches. I just dont see Dal being effictive with JJ on the floor. He's played way to many minutes in my book. Caron Butler needs to play NOW!

HELL
This is a desperation move to force tempo, and in my opinion the only way Dallas can win. They cant just let Miami set up on defense in a half court and have to run or get looks in transition. Not only that, they cant keep getting down double digits and clawing their way back, and it is a miracle to only be down 2-1 and not 3-0.

Barea has played really good most of the playoffs. This "midget" is the same height as Iverson and several other players that have been very successful in the league. Redsfann, I've only read one of your posts ever and the idiot that is redsfann has shown how stupid he is.

I don't think JJ matches up well against the Heat, but at the same time Kidd and Terry and pretty much everyone not named Dirk has stunk it up for the Mavs this series. They needed some changes.

Peja does need more minutes but he's a complete defensive liability. That's where the Mavs get into trouble this series. They are making the changes b/c they finally figured out they have to outscore....they can't match up defensively.

Only way Dallas can win is if they get the tempo back in their favor and start getting and knocking down open shots. RedsFann, watch more than 5 minutes a season before you start talking shit.

the only way it makes sense is that barea's best defensive matchup is vs bibby, who is only playing the start of the 1st and 3rd quarters

on the flip side, it means that kidd has to play wade early and more often and who's running the point when either kidd or barea has to leave or gets into foul trouble???

i understand the need to speed up tempo, but i think they can do that with kidd out there right from the get go and stevenson can actually play decent defense (when he tries) vs wade or lebron.

peja.....he's a complete bust for this team as he's exposed in ANY pick and roll mia runs (as well as in transition defense) and has to guard lebron-wade-bosh....his ONLY 1-1 defensive matchup is vs bibby (i'd rather see them start peja on bibby than barea) or miller but again, see point one...pick and roll......not to mention the way mia is closing out on shooters peja doesnt stand much of a chance to get his shot off.

how many times is this midget going to get stuffed by the front of the rim on a wide open layup??

that's 2 already

said it from game 1.....he's playing scared....too many athletes and he's afraid of getting his shot blocked, and now, they dont even challenge his drives and he's still missing because he's looking over his shoulder and/or rushing/flipping the layup up there as quick as possible

game and series over

Dallas not done yet... but I think this latest run proves that JJ has no business playing another minute in the finals except to give Kidd a short breather.

In addition to everything above, which is right one, everytime Berrea comes in the game Chalmbers either starts making shots or drives to the basket for assists.

The coach is in desperation mode...why not play Peja as he at least has a chance to make a shot.

LOL....first off, go fuck yourself, you bible thumping, Notre lame loving, pedophile poster cunt TouchdownJesus.
there is SO much wrong with you even trying to respond to my post I know I won't come close to replying to it all--but since you called me out, dick-smack--its the least I can do....:thefinger

The same height as the midget that was Iverson? R U really trying to compare the hall-of-famer-to-be Iverson with the piece of crap that is the midget JJ barea? Er, WRONG!
barea can't be even 5 foot 7 inches tall--regardless of what the program says--iverson was easily 5 foot 9--again, you believe them when they list these two midgets at 6 foot? You are a fucking retard if you believe that shit...

You've read ONE of my posts and I'm an "idiot"?
Again, go fuck yourself, bitch. I made a comment--too bad you can't comprehend what i wrote, retard--that I have seen 5 minutes of NBA hoops this season and it happened to be when the midget that is J J barea was on the floor and it went badly for both him and the mavs, didn't it?
Go fuck your sister already, you pedophile loving douchebag.....:thefinger
