tonight league leading dukes go for their third consecutive 20 win season season since the ol' lefthander was their coach 30 years ago. their only other chance will be friday night @ texas state which is a much tougher venue and a much longer road trip across time zones, so i'd expect them to go after it tonight. they've been steadily improving and are 9-1 since inserting fr bryce linsay into the starting 5, who gave them another serious 3 threat. Meanwhile, 15-year warhawk coach richard has announced his retirement after this season. monroe's final home game is friday night against arkansas st. i'd expect a more focused effort from the hawks on coach's last home game.
