Very sad and very stupid of all involved. Brock would have been better than Tank. Yendrey was a solid player. Devin Johnson was a starter, but many thought he would be replaced some time during the year. Ty Horn is from Waco and might have started this year on OL.
Frats involved have always been suspect. Don't know if quote about most of team not being able to pass a drug test was serious or hyperbole. This may get worse.

Joe, it really sucks for TCU fans. I worry this could be one of those things where everyone is looking for someone to hang out to dry, hopefully that person won't be Patterson. He doesn't seem like the type to put up with crap like this but who knows anymore.
For the record, I have no problem with college kids doing recreational drugs but when you're going to a school and their payng the way then I think you have the obligation to keep your nose clean.

I'm really interested to see an actual number of players buying. Too many conflicting reports and innuendo.
In the early 90's, marijuana was being sold out of an LSU athletic dorm. Don't ask how I know:facepalm: My friends at Bama and Auburn also bought cocaine, pills and marijuana from athletes at those institutions around the same time.

Only 5 players tested positive. I would say that's good news if you want to be positive about the situation.
Not even close. 3 players tested positive for synthetic. Early 90s a dealer played on the team and sold out of the athletic dorm. Night and day scenarios imo.

From I what I heard, the undercover cop supposedly bought three times from the guy. And they arrested the wrong one. The lawyers for the others will definitely use that against the cops.
Geez, will everyone relax... I know this is bad press, but so many drugs are used everywhere these days. Huge difference in weed and coke, but still, it's not shocking someone got nailed, just sucks for TCU fans and alums. I feel bad for the players as I doubt they were high rolling dealers. Any night club in any big city has tons of drugs. Just don't SHOOT UP DRUGS EVER! Have known a few peeps to die this way and it's awful!
