All I see is a video of him in a headlock...

My guess is this is no different than when other athlete's go out and about. Some POS starts shit by running their mouth. However, with Manziel he just can't help himself but cause a confrontation. He's an easy target for repeatedly doing dumb shit, and he has no self control.

He's had multiple chances. I don't feel sorry for him at all. (Anymore) There's a point where you just say, I'm done caring for this individual. For me, no one is trying hard enough for me to care.
