Game Pools Return
Various Leagues Offered Include: NFL (Pros), NBA, English Premier League etc.

A game pool wager is a bet where you have to select the result of multiple games against a pointspread or handicap. The winner is the person who gets the most correct. For instance in a weekly NFL pool of 15 games, if the most anyone had chosen correctly was 9, they would win the pool. That person then wins the balance of the pool.

There are two possibilities for a pool in the case of multiple winners, either:
a) The pool is divided equally between all the winners, or
b) The pool will jackpot. For example, a weekly NFL pool : if there were two people in the above example had 9 correct, the pool would jackpot to the next week until a winner was determined. Note that if a pool jackpots this will be explicitly stated in the description

Me and 5 of my boys do something like this for pro football . We all put in $20 at the beginning of the NFL season. Each week we draw a team out of an old, beat up Jets cap, which we call "the lucky lid". We've used the same hat for the last 4 years.

So, we pick our team out of the hat and if that team wins straight-up (no spreads), we get a point. Most points at the end of the season wins the pot. If there is a tie (it happened once), we split the pot.

It's a blast! Good luck if you do a pool I'ts Gravy.
