Judge, I have a question for you

Judge, I can't remember but are you in Costa Rica? I'm getting ready to book a guys trip down there for sometime during the spring. I think we're mainly going to be surfing and hitting the night life. Right now it looks like Jaco, is that a good area to be in? How safe is it in CR? If you're not there then maybe someone else that has been there can help. Thanks in advance.
