Last year OU won 105-55. OU has a new coach,almost all new players and new offense and defense. BUT UTSA lost the No 2 scorer in the country in jivann and his partner Wallace who were the No 1 gd tandem in scoring in the country. Nicknamed " batman and Robin " OU still has Harkless at gd and former North Texas shooter Umoja Gibson who can stick a jumper in the NBA range. Then they get Goldwire the pt gd from Duke in the transfer portal Then they get Chargois the 6'9 SMU fd/center and the 2 Eastern Illi's brothers Groves who are 6'8 and 6'9. Tanner Groves was the Big Sky's POY who scored 35 points vs Kansas in the NCAA's.. they lose Kruger one of the best coaches and he is replaced by Moser the Loy Chi coach who is a defensive minded coach. OU has a lot of talent but they have only played one game so far.. think it might take a few games for this team to gel together.. But Roadrunners have the same problem. Inside they have Germany and although he is 6'11 he plays soft. Don't think the score will be like last year but OU has the gds and front court that are more athletic and quicker. Think Sooners can run away with this game.
Hate going against UTSA but their football team is 8-0 and are 7-0 ats and play a bad Southern Miss team The line is -33 and I am not getting off that train . They are now ranked in all 3 polls and probably will finish the season undefeated I made a prop bet for them to win 8 games and I think I will cash that ticket in. Think UTSA basketball team will do ok in Conf USA but OU is a different animal
