Tonight Shaq comes to town and OKC is all a-buzz about something that just doesn't happen in Oklahoma City......a larger than life sports figure actually performing in a "real" game with live rounds in the air.

Oklahoma is a football state......but they have sold out the Ford Center tonight with this game opposite the National Title Game?

They say monitors will be placed around so fans can stay up with Texas/USC.....why can't the NBA take one night off for the NCAA Championship Game?

It would seem that would be the right thing to do for all sports fans....but heck it's is the NBA don't do anything that makes sense.

My play in this game will be the over 191' that I caught early this morning.

Byron Scott says the only chance we have is to RUN! That's good enough for me.

The Hornets don't even have enough goons on the bench to play "Hack-A-Shaq" and think "fire and fall back" is the play......I agree.

See Wade going off tonight huge in a "run and gun" affair at the Ford Center.

Playing Heat/Hornets Over 191'

GL with your plays folks and I'm on the under 69 in the "Big One" at the Rose Bowl.....too many for a National Title Game.....IMHO.

Was looking at the over in this one as well, think I'll put some on it now!! GL this evening, and I also have the under in the rose bowl as well ..Cabo... :)

I like tht NBA total too,but I wouldnt go nuts on that under in the NCAA title game...Its set that high for a reason....seems to me that usually the higher the total,the more likely it hits OVER.
If they dont get it they will be close...this could easily be a shootout like 45-38 or something like that...JMO...Im passing on that total.

nice to see a few replies.....thanks for taking some time to reply fellows. I always appreciate comments.....pro & con.

Left town for the day and knew I'd be running late....looks like making the play early was the thing to do. Like current line movement to 194.

Cabo and LuckyIrish good luck to us! It's like a circus atmosphere in OKC tonight......we "small town hicks" don't know how to act when the SHAQ SHOW comes to town for real.

This ain't no stink'n preseason tout in OKC......live rounds tonight baby......live rounds.

Gotta believe all this hoopla spills over into the play tonight and I don't see it meaning a defensive struggle.....Scott's already made that clear.

Local sports talk radio this morning was full of callers having orgasms of Shaq at a mall looking at video games!!!!!!! :scared

LuckyIrish.....not a big play on the NCAA total.....just a gut feeling. Most thought under last night and these things have a way of fooling folks......just think it's high for a Championship Game.
