I just logged into my Just Bet account that I hadn't used since late march. I can see my balance but couldn't get to a wager screen. Pop up says to contact customer services

Me: I can't place a wager for some reason
Morgan: As per management decision your account has being disable, for a chargeback applied to us...
Me: Really? The last contact I had with JustBet was an email telling me March 7th that my deposit was succesfully processed.

Apparently my last deposit - a deposit that was only a 1/3 of my account balance was reversed by my cc company. No one told me; no email; no call... nothing. And no I didn't look at my CC statement. I have 3 boys; 2 in college; 7 cars and whatever other crazy bullshit that life throws at me
So now I'm locked out of my account with numerous hurdles and fees to jump trough before I can reopen my account..
Kinda frustrated.. Especially since I hadn't used them in 10 years until a rep hit me up in December
