It's been a pretty bad first round for me if I don't consider the potential $$ I can make on the Kings, but here, I feel like a coward.
You see, I have a standard bet on LA +550 to win the series and half a standard bet on LA +1000 (bet after game 1). If LA wins the series, then .. "wow" - talk about a way to end up in the positive zone, and well. Just one series overcoming all the other ones. But, like the subject says, this is just for the record, as I'm not sure how "valuable" is the following bet:
Detroit to win the series +110 (2X)
Now I'd hate to see that, but just in case. It could avoid lots of frustrations. "Safety bets" are a big part of my handicapping approach - If i can say it this way - during the playoffs. BTW I'll change my location from "Hollywood" to "Quebec city" as soon as the Kings are out of the playoffs.
