Please be advised that following the passing of the Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act of 2006 as part of the Port Authority Bill, First-Pay is no longer in a position to provide pay-in card services associated with any gaming transaction initiated in the United States.

Whilst the law stipulated a 270 grace period of compliance as a subsidiary of a Publicly Listed Company traded on Aim, First-Pay has been instructed by its legal and regulatory advisors that it must terminate any pay-in gaming services immediately as part of best practice compliance procedures adhered to by Public Companies.

The First-Pay product remains unchanged for all other services and transactions. This change does not affect any of the other conditions of use or services that are part of First Pay standard customer contract.

Card / Wallet transactions involving any other kind of legal e commerce transaction will continue to be honored as the card remains backed by Visa and can be used through out the world at Visa branded retail outlets. You will be able to use the First pay card as means of withdraw.

Should you have any questions about the content of this e mail please contact the customer service desk at Support@first-pay.com or use our Live Chat link on www.first-pay.com
