It is from the NY Times Magazine from several weeks back.
Thought it was an interesting read on how the government has tried to maniupate and steer their message on Iraq.
Its a fascinating tale on "media management" if you will accept that term. And, you will find similar attempts throughout ours and other country's history's when it comes to getting a certain message out.
So, its not like this is unprecendented......but it ought to give everyone some pause when considering an "expert opnion" that is thrust upon by our TV news and pundit class. As this article shows, they are more government mouthpieces than true analysts.
