I signed up with them. I called to ask for a name to funds to. They told me xxxxxxxxxx. Ten minutes later I called them with the transaction info. I shit you not, 5 minutes later they told me to call and change the name since the receiver was sick. This was the message they left on my voice mail. I called them back and the female rep apologized. When I questioned it further she became a bitch. She said, "haven"t you ever heard of anyone getting sick before?" I never had this happen before and made 100s of deposits. Who gives you a name then all of a sudden they are "sick" 15-20 minutes later? Did they get hit by a car or overdose?
Also, their customer service closes at 9:00 PM eastern time. They open at 11:00 AM eastern time. They really need to improve things.
