Not sure if this is customary, but I am trying to withdraw 6K and they want to send me one check for 3K and when I deposit it, they will send me another check for 3K - so this all will take a couple of weeks. I just think they are tryng for me to keep a balance on the books so I have a chance to wager it.. Not too hapy with the service.

If you want to withdraw all your money, you should be able to withdraw all of it.

Simple as that.

Why would anyone play at a book where you can't withdraw all your money:shrug:


Anyway.....If I were you I'd pay the 90 dollar fee (wow!!) and take all your money out via bank wire.

Get your money and be done with it.


I also love books that say "1 free withdrawal per month as long as you keep some money in account". That shit is laughable:142smilie

In other words, pay a big fee to get all your money out, what a scam.

I asked for the withdrawal almost 4 hour ago and the funds are still in the available balance - When I talked to the cust svc rep - he had to talk to a manager to "authorize" the withdrawal...

I just got the feeling they were "offering" me an amount of my balance to withdraw to satiate me...

I have done business with them for years - used to be able to get a WU wire the same day..

I guess not anymore
