Wanted to tell you my story on these guys. I signed up with JustBet over a week ago. They were offering a 100% free play. I ended up putting in 1K. Referred 2 friends and they both deposited 1K.
I logged in and looked over lines. Last Thur night I was able to log in. I called and they said they needed a picture I'd. I then faxed it in within the hour. The next day they claim they didn't receive it. Again I faxed it in. I call and they tell me they received it and waiting for the manager to approve it. This was Friday night and they said the manager won't be in till Saturday(maybe) or Monday morning.
Monday I am able to log into my account and placed a bet so I thought everything was fine. The next day I can't log into my account yet again. I called and they said that I would have to re-send my picture I'd because it was blurry. I ended up scanning it and sending it to them. I call back and of course the manager won't be there till Thursday. I call thur morning and the lady said your account is being reviewed right now and it should work within 10-15 minutes. An hour later its not working and I call back and was told the manager that has to approve it is not in yet.
Finally a few hours later I get my first call from JUST BET. The person on the phone said management decided to close my account. No other reason was given other than its managements discretion to do business with whomever they want. They also closed my 2 buddies accounts.
They have every right to do business with whom they want but what really pissed me off is the whole time there are issues I am calling them. I did not receive 1 phone call from JUSTBET until when they decided to close my account.
Has anyone ever had issues with them?
