I was fortunate to get one of the premier 1st amendment groups in the country (below) and have become good friends with associate in LV (Jay Devoy)

Jack Hit the nail on head in general discussion. Righthavens model is knowing it is cheaper to pay them off than fight case. Would expect that is main reason big boys like Drudge pay them off rather than tie their attorneys up for years.

Fortunately they have allowed me to take this to the conclusion at an affordable fee.
