Kansas Drug Tax Stamp???

Thats right, all of you drug dealers gotta start buying a "drug tax stamp" if you live in Kansas. Read it for yourself at the Kansas dept. of Revenue's website:

...hey brother, i'm currently studying federal income tax and you'd be surprised, but ALL illegal activities are fully taxable by the federal government.


...course i guess you'd be crazy to report them, but if you get caught in an illegal activity, it sets you up to be charged twice.... once for the crime of the illegal activity and again for the tax evasion...and no, according to the supreme court, it ain't double jeapordy either.... :shrug:
