Playoffs
7-1

Yesterday's games went about like I expected. I liked both home teams, but wasn't thrilled laying more than a TD...so I played and hit the two-team teaser. On to today...

CINCINNATI +6 Winner
Buffalo had a chance to put Miami away last week, but failed to do so...to the point that they very well could have lost that game. To me, that's problematic. Cincinnati is the defending AFC champion and are a good size underdog vs the Bills today. The last 8 times Cincinnati has been an underdog, they have covered the point spread. This game goes to the wire!

SAN FRAN -4 Double Play Winner
A lot of people were down on the Cowboys after their season ending embarrassment vs Washington. But they went to Tampa and dominated the Bucs last week. That was do more to the fact that Tampa isn't very good and didn't belong in the playoffs. Prescott had the game of his life. If he plays like that again, Dallas very well could win, but I'm betting Prescott pisses down his leg today, like he usually does.

Nice work thus far ChasD....played the same teaser yesterday and when I saw your post, I sprinkled a little extra on top!! Cinci is a tough out and certainly not getting much respect today. Perhaps having the 3 OLine guys out is factoring in. I will start a new teaser w Cinci +16 and smaller straight up. If Parsons is somewhat neutralized (double teamed), I like SF. The physicality of SF is something else and think they will be on Dak's ass all day long...at least I hope so.

Thanks 4C! Ya know...it's hard to find value in these playoff games, because like I said yesterday, I could make a case for either team. I'm just banking on Prescott choking like he usually does in high pressure games. Now if he plays like last week, then I'll lose my ass. But there is a HUGE difference between Tampa and SF.

I see the other game being very close, down to the last minute, in spite of Cinci's o-line issues.

Good luck to you 4C!

Nice job and record in the playoffs… I've handicapped these games exactly as you have, with the same outcome. Good luck!

That makes me feel a lot better, Shamrock...because you are one of the best!!
Good luck to you...er, to us today!!!

I agree and have already made the same play on SF.... however

Look at the teams SF has beaten during this epic 11 game win streak. Not a single team with more than 10 wins (Chargers 10-8), in fact, they only faced one such team back in OCT, the Chiefs, and lost to them at home 23-44. Now granted that was B.C. (Before Christian M) and since they acquired him, they are averaging like 35 ppg. With McCaff added to their other weapons, they have only been held to under 30 points one time, at Seattle on DEC 15 but they controlled that game with their run game, putting up 170 on the ground on their way to 21-13 win. Game was never truly in doubt. They are an impressive unit, there's no doubt about that, but if you're a playoff team, you should beat teams that average 7 wins for the season. I'm starting to look more at the OVER than the NINERS. Doubt I buy back on the COWBOYS, as they are capable of playing well enough to win, but I am thinking of slamming the OVER based on my research.

Good luck as always!! :SIB
