Is it me or has Tubby brought down a once dominant program.I know he won a title but that was with Rick's recruits. And he followed up the next year with another great season with Rick's boys. But his recruits have been underachievers. It just doesnt look like the Kentucky teams of old.First off,he doesnt have many home state players.Second his teams really dont care of the ball and foul alot more. The chemistry is gone on that team.I realize they lost a great player in Jason Parker but I believe they still got 5 or so Mcdonald all-americans.I would give Tubby a F for team control. How many off court incidents has he gone through in the last few years? It all goes back to the type of kids he's recruiting.I like to hear some responses from the Kentucky faithful!!

My guess is that it is the curse of David Hobbs. He took down Alabama when he was our coach. Bama was on a roll and owned the SEC tournament until he took over. During the 80s and early 90s Bama had the best Basketball program in the SEC. Next thing you know, Hobbs is the coach and this Pitino guy showed up.

1st off, ya can't shoot 31% and expect to beat the Nigerian National Women's team. Parker wouldn't have made much of difference on this year's unmotivated squad. There is ZERO senior leadership on this team and truthfully speaking, I'd rather see Sutton sitting at the head of the bench. Its as though the players don't give a chit whether they win or lose. I've never seen anything like this from a Kentucky team. This is a direct reflection of the coache's inability to motivate his players. A similiar NCAA tournament performance and you'll see Tubby running for cover. This team should be lots better b/c they have the horses to do it with.

I hope Tubby follows in Ivy's footsteps....They shot an incredible .5%(1-19) from 3 pt. land. Whatever Bogans had last year, he sure as hell has lost it. That ignorant piece of chit better start packin' his bags for Europe cuz his chances of playing with the big boys are slim to none. I think if I had to choose, I'd take Rhodes b/4 I'd let Mr. Bogans suit up.

BTW,....in reference to McDonald's All-Americans, I bet ya didn't know that Mashburn was NOT on that All-Star team. I didn't believe it either, and it cost me a pretty penny!!!

Sometimes, the coach is not to blame.

Seton Hall has had player/leadership problems the last two years and Tommy Amaker can only do so much.
