I see conflicting stuff. When will the best light heavyweight of the decade be allowed to fight again (MMA)? Why exactly is he not fighting; is he in jail?

What do u mean? It would be a crime to not let the best fight again for activities not in the octagon. Nobody can beat him. Rememeber when he got the purse back from the mugger for that lady? He has done good things too.
