1 pkg. Kielbasa (Hilshire farms works fine, don't need to be too fancy)
1 can/bottle beer. Again, nothing fancy, make sure it's not light though.
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
Salt
Pepper
1 tube of crescent rolls (any brand)

Preheat oven to 375.

Cut kielbasa into 4 pieces. Pierce skin with fork on all sides. Place sausage into a ban, or deep frying pan and pour in beer to cover. Simmer for 10-15 mins. Remove sausage from pan, and let cool 5 mins. Cut each link into 4 pieces.

In a separate dish, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt/pepper (to taste).

Unroll the crescent rolls, and cut each triangle in half, down the middle, to make 16 triangles.

Roll each piece of sausage in the sugar mixture. push down on the cut ends to get the sugar to stick.

Place one piece of sausage at the wider end of the crescent roll. Roll up the crescent around the sausage. You may need to pull the dough a little to make it fit. The goal is to have the sausage covered, so as not to let the sugary stuff leak out.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2" apart, and bake until golden brown; about 12-15 mins. Let cool and remove. Serve immediately.
