Can anybody verify if the fight is on or off? There are still lines on multiple sites and Boxrec still has it up. That being said, Kim did a number on Koba last yr in 1 rd. The guy has a little pop. Torres was easily beaten by Julio in 5. The under and Kim look a little enticing.

Yes, Torres apparently is applying for permanent resident status in the U.S. and travel restrictions are imposed until the Green Card process is completed, so he was obliged to withdraw from the fight. Kim now meets a fighter named Gilbert Salinas, off TV. (Info from the promoter, Banner Promotions.)
