Dan Persa has been excellent for the Wildcats this season, maintain a near 75 percent completion percentage. Persa takes on a tough Penn State defense that is one of the best in the nation, but his ability to make plays with his feet should help to loosen underneath coverages. Penn State has had very inconsistent play on offense and should struggle to score against Pat Fitzgerald?s defensive scheme. I like Northwestern at home, getting four points.
