Question for you man. I'm assuming you're a big droid guy so I wanted to ask you about rooting my phone. I have the HTC hero and since the 2.1 hasn't come out yet I'm really wanting to root my phone but not sure which one to pick. Have you rooted your phone?

While some have done it....I will wait for Sprint/HTC to formally offer the update. The update that is out was a beta and had many issues. My phone runs perfect. I have 4 browser windows running on sports night and they run flawlessly. I am always afraid of ruining a good thing. I am with Sprint and if the new 4G phone is not huge I will upgrade just for the processor speed alone. When get home later I will post some more links I use.
Yeah, I go to the android forums as well. I'm getting the EVO as soon as it comes out. I'm in an area with 4g so it's a no brainer for me. I will say my laptop runs pretty fast using my phone tethered and the 3g.
