What a freakin' joke. Is this what free speach mongers can harp on or what?

I don't know what the agreement is the players association and them, the NBA, the club, and any readers might think its nothing with the assumption that his pocket won't be hurt. Not relevant to this angst but barring the players agreement that they are supposed to remain timid ignoramuses when interviewed by reporters, I see no reason why this man can't express his feelings. The clubs are allowed to express their thoughts in such matters but this sentiment deserves a $50,000 fine? Joke.

Perhaps my sentiments are partly biased by recently watching this nonsense documentary called I Love You, Now Die-The Commonwealth vs Michelle Carter, but perhaps not; my considerations on 'free speech', in general, have wavered depending on circumstance--I don't really want to go there as I generally don't give a shit. In the documentary, I should mention, it appears that some loser chick convinced her loser 'boyfriend'--who was apparently majorly suicidal to begin with--to go ahead and achieve his goal of ending his life, which was something that they had discussed via text incessantly. I wish her nothing but ill will, and she is in jail (I believe), but this is clearly a case of the legal process being a work in order, as everything along these lines seems to be.

I cut and pasted this from my intended nba thread post to go here. Nobody looking to make money in the NBA will give two shits about this, as I expect that no one in this forum will. Better odds here, though (13.1% over 6.66% NBA forum; based on Billy Walters animosity power ratings).

Seems ridiculous. Some Yanks are obsessed with money transfer of any kind, such being a boon to the economy, by some theories. This seems like a good example, sorta like a car crash with no on hurt but a couple of new vehicles trading hands subsequently.

Our Ford.
