I am not sure who I spoke to at Wagerstreet a few minutes ago, but it was the best act of customer service I have received from any sportsbook ever.
After opening a new account with them at 10pm I went to deposit funds using Paypal (as I had seen a message on their Home page that said use Paypal and wager instantly---and I wanted to get down on a 10:30 game). After confirming my deposit I noticed that my account wouldn't be credited for a couple days because I didn't have any funds in my Paypal account. This had never happened to me before as I had always used a credit card in the past and it was always instantly credited into my account at whatever book I was using. But with the credit card companies not allowing us to use funds to credit offshore gaming establishments (assholes), I tried it through my regular account. I figured it would be deposited instantly and taken right out of my checking account, but I guess that's not the way it happens (unless You have money in your PAYPAL ACCOUNT).
Well to make a real long story short, I called to complain, told them I was from Madjacks, and the guy let me use half of my deposit instantly, even though it won't be there for a couple days.
When I was a manager of a restaurant 8-10 years ago, we had a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Whatever it takes kind of attitude. I rarely see that type of service anywhere anymore, but I've found a company in Wagerstreet that still believes in that motto....
They have moved to the top of my offshore accounts, and I haven't even been a customer for an hour yet...
