Kurt Warner tops NFL MVP picks at betED.com

betED.com has released odds for the NFL?s Most Valuable Player award, with Arizona Cardinals? quarterback Kurt Warner topping the list of favorites.

Warner, the league?s leading passer with 4,290 yards, is at +200 to win the award in betED.com NFL MVP Betting Odds.

Warner, 37, is third in both touchdown passes (26) and passer rating (97.4). He won the NFL MVP award in 1999 and 2003 when he was with the St. Louis Rams.

He was also named MVP in Super Bowl XXXIV, when he completed 24 out of 45 passes for 414 yards and two touchdowns to pace a 13-16 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Behind the Arizona quarterback is Minnesota Vikings? running back Adrian Peterson, which betED.com has at +275 odds.

Peterson, the league?s leading rusher with 1,581 yards, has been particularly hot of late, carrying the ball for more than 100 yards in each of the past three games, all Minnesota wins. In total, Peterson has rushed for over 100 yards nine times this season.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning is right behind at +350.

Longshots include Pittsburgh Steelers pivot Ben Roethlisberger (+1200) and Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis (+1250).

Last year?s MVP winner was Tom Brady of the New England Patriots, who has missed most of this season with a knee injury.
