Ok, has anybody else ever felt their plays are cursed when they have posted them on this site?!?! This past week has been a roller coaster as I had a horrible Friday and Saturday last week after posting my plays here. . . then I had the best day I have EVER had on Sunday without posting a single play here and also came out well on Monday. Then when I decided to post plays again on Tuesday and Wednesday, I came out on the losing end. Finally, I didn't post a single play on Thursday and came out with a profit.
Anyways, I'm gonna try and break this "trend" and come out on the winning side today. Let's start with the best bet:
Northern Arizona laying 2 over Montana. . .
NAU will be playing only their 4th game at home of the entire season. . .
Both teams share similar offensive stats for the year except three pointers where Montana has averaged 39% and NAU has averaged 25% going into this game. However, it has to be reminded that NAU has only played 3 games at home and their shooting percentages have been much higher during these three games. . . especially from three point range.
Finally, NAU needs to get on the board with a conference win after their first three games were road losses in the Big Sky. Even though Montana is in the conference race at the moment, I expect NAU to come out as the more desperate team, ready to play a conference game at home.
On the surface, the right side would appear to be Montana, but I feel Vegas set NAU as the favorite for a reason and am willing to lay the two points.
